Our Policies

The Beauty Bar Salon is closed New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Consultations
General consultations on our services or products are available over the phone or in the salon at no charge to the client or potential client.

Appointments
We recommend you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon, so we can be sure to accommodate your needs. If you have any specials needs or concerns, please let us know. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be modified to maximize the remaining time without compromising the next scheduled appointment.

Cancellations and No-shows
To ensure we provide excellent customer service, cancellations must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to make any changes, please contact us at 530-346-7815 so we can better accommodate your needs.

No-shows are subject to a 50% charge of scheduled service. This will be determined by each individual stylist.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any amount and for any service or product. They are perfect for all occasions. Gift certificates are non-refundable. The Beauty Bar Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates.

Pricing
The Beauty Bar Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices on any service without prior notification. There is to ensure that maximum quality standards are upheld.

Children
The Beauty Bar Salon welcomes all children. Please remind your children that this is a place of business and there is to be no running, spinning or climbing in chairs, or opening of any of our stylist drawers in the salon. Most of our stylists drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that may be potentially harmful to the children. This is to ensure the safety of your children while they are in the The Beauty Bar Salon.

Right of Refusal
The Beauty Bar Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of service. This is to maintain a quality environment for both our customers and our stylists. We reserve the right to define what is inappropriate conduct or language.

Electronic Devices
When visiting The Beauty Bar Salon, please turn off or silence your cell phones or electronic devices out of respect for our stylists and other guests in the salon.

Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will assist you in a prompt exchange within 7 days of purchase.

ALL sales are final on hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.). There are non refunds or exchanges on these items.

Tools (blow-dryers, flat irons, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange only provided they are in the original packaging.

Be sure to retain a copy of your receipt for your records and exchanges. No cash refunds.

Redos
The Beauty Bar Salon stands firmly behind and guarantees all of it’s salon services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact your stylist immediately so that we can remedy the situation. Corrections and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service.

Payment
The Beauty Bar Salon accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment of services and products.

NSF Checks
There will be a $30 charge to any checks returned for insufficient funds. For NSF charge payment, we will only accept cash or cashiers check.

Refer a friend
We believe that a referral is the best compliment you can give us. Ask your stylist about their referral program. Each stylist has their own referral program.
