The Beauty Bar Salon Policies

Our Policies

Each Cosmetologist, Manicurist and Aesthetician at The Beauty Bar Salon operates as an Independent Business apart from The Beauty Bar Salon and operates under their own independent business license. All appointments should be made directly through the service professional providing you with services and all payment are to be made directly to that person.

Community Support

We love our community and are happy and willing to support as often as we can. We are happy to hear about any opportunities.

Friends and Family

Our Salon family is very important to us! That being said, we want all guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time with us. Because of our limited space, please use discretion when bringing your children and friends if they don’t also have an appointment.

Sick Policy

If you or anyone in your household are experiencing fever, cough, chills or have been sick in the 48 hours, please contact your service professional as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to get your appointment rescheduled in a timely manner. Do not come to your appointment if you or anyone in your household is sick or has head lice.


The Beauty Bar Salon strives to always be on time for our guests. Out of respect for your time, if we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment. We ensure our punctuality when each guest arrives on time for their appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to either refuse or alter services that day so it does not negatively affect the following scheduled appointments. Fees may also apply.


Each Salon professional has their own cancelation policy. Please inquire with yours for mutual understanding.

Re-Do’s/Refunds for Services

The Beauty Bar Salon is not responsible or liable for and services provided by your service professional. The Salon will not provide corrective services or refunds at the Salon’s expense. All remedies should be arranged with your service professional

Retail Products Policy

Retail products purchased through the Beauty Bar Salon can be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. We do not provide refunds on products.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are purchased and redeemed through your service professional. The Beauty Bar Salon is not responsible for redeeming certificates when purchased.


We want to provide services for all your friends and family! Please ask your service professional about their individual referral and rewards programs. In order to receive referral rewards, we have a few guidelines:

  • New guest must be the age of 18 and over
  • New guest must live within 100 miles of The Beauty Bar Salon
  • New guest must receive a chemical/color service with cut.
